Marcus Carr serves as Account Executive at Tony Fay Public Relations (TFPR). He joined the firm in 2021.
The world of sports caught Carr’s attention coming out of high school as he took on marketing and social media roles with Adidas and Under Armour’s basketball brands. Writing and editing stints soon followed as Carr spent time interning at SportsRadio 1310 The Ticket and analyzing high school basketball tournaments for national scouts.
Carr earned a Master’s of Sports Management from Southern Methodist University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas (UNT) where he elected President of UNT’s Broadcast Education Association. A National Association of Hispanic Journalists) member, Carr was named a “Rising Star” by the Ben Barber Innovation Academy for his work with audio and video.
