Sullivan Franklin-Mitchell serves as Vice President, Client Relations & Business Development at Tony Fay Public Relations (TFPR).
Prior to TFPR, Franklin-Mitchell was Senior Project Marketing Manager of Consumer Robotics at Amazon. Over two years, her team successfully launched two new-to-world consumer robots —Amazon Astro and Amazon Astro for Business — that now provide household monitoring to families and aid small- and medium-sized business security.
Franklin-Mitchell launched her career at TM Advertising and Centro (now Basis) in Dallas, executing media strategies for American Airlines and Neiman Marcus Group. From there, she joined Modern Luxury as an Account Executive, leading more than 80 local and regional clients such as United Way, Four Seasons, Capital One Bank, and Stanley Korshak.
Franklin-Mitchell earned her Master of Business Administration in marketing and strategy at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where she was a Distinguished Brierley Scholar, Forte Fellow, and Merit Scholar. She holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
