Rachel Scoggins Taylor serves as Vice President, Entertainment Consulting at Tony Fay Public Relations (TFPR) where she brokers strategic media partnerships, facilitates advertising campaigns, and oversees social media integration for clients like the American Cancer Society. Her work assisted in the successful launch of the Nexo Dallas Open, the first ATP Tour stop in Dallas in more than three decades.
Scoggins Taylor was honored by PRNEWS as one of its Top Women in PR and Communications as a revenue growth driver in 2026 as well as named to Dallas Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list that same year.
Prior to joining TFPR, Scoggins Taylor spent three years as Marketing Director of Modern Luxury Dallas magazine. At Modern Luxury, she coordinated and produced more than 200 events per year and 54 issues across multiple markets while managing all marketing elements, including in-book print, digital, and social media.
Scoggins Taylor launched her career at BuzzellCo, a PR firm that specialized in luxury lifestyle markets that include arts, entertainment, and real estate. She managed PR and marketing initiatives for events such as TWO X TWO for AIDS and Art, DIFFA, The Dallas Contemporary, Museum Tower, Jonathan Adler, and more.
Scoggins Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and non-profits from The University of Oklahoma. She and her husband Chad live in Dallas.
